Apple recently revealed its all-new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's updates to three known models as well as the new iPhone Air, which takes the place of the iPhone Plus. If camping out on release day isn't your style, but you still need to grab one right away, you will be able to pre-order the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, ahead of the September 19th release date.

The iPhone 17 features a new design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after a long wait (and a lot of grumbling), the base iPhone 17 finally gets a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, Apple’s new A19 chip is more powerful and more energy-efficient, particularly when combined with Apple Intelligence. If you're upgrading from an older iPhone, you will see a huge bump in speed and improved gameplay thanks to ProMotion.
On the camera front, you will find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos read more here by default) and also a 2x telephoto lens. The device’s ultra-wide camera also gets an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and also more detailed.
